Timelines:
Orders are fulfilled weekly, every Friday. Place your order by 5pm EST on Wednesday to ensure your order is fulfilled the same week. Orders placed Thursday or Friday will be shipped the following week. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number to the email you used to place the order.
How do I log in?
No login required! If you wish to create an account, you may do so by registering via the link in the top right corner. Although having an account is not necessary, this would save your information, preferences and order history for future orders.
Can I return a product?
All items ordered and customized for GiveBridge and the charities they partner with. This means, we cannot accept returns. If there are issues with the quality of the product ordered, please contact givebridge@brandblvd.ca who will be happy to assist you.
Can I change or cancel my order if I make a mistake?
If a mistake is made during the ordering process and you realize it after you have submitted your order, please contact givebridge@brandblvd.ca within 24 hours and we will do what we can to help.
Can I order something that I cannot find on the webstore?
Of course! If you are looking for something other than what is currently offered on the store, check out https://shop.brandblvd.ca for more ideas. You can also contact Brand Blvd directly at givebridge@brandblvd.ca to place a “Special Order”.
